M.E.S Indian School delivered a commendable performance at the CBSE Qatar Cluster Football Tournament 2026–27, emerging as the Champions in the Boys Under-14 category, securing Second Runner-up position in the Boys Under-19 category, thus earning the prestigious title of Boys Overall Champions. The competition was held for both Boys and Girls in the Under-14, Under-17, and Under-19 categories. The girls teams won the first runner-up positions in the U-14 and U-17 categories of the tournament.
The tournament, which brought together leading CBSE schools from across Qatar, witnessed MES Indian School displaying exceptional skill, teamwork, and determination throughout. The Under-14 team, guided by Coach Mr Muhammed Shifil, delivered an outstanding unbeaten run to clinch the championship title. The Under-17 and Under-19 teams were trained by the coach, Mr Binoy K.K., while the girls’ teams were trained by Ms Shani G R.
The Principal, Dr Hameeda Kadar, lauded the players for their impressive achievements and commended the coaches for their unwavering dedication and effective training.
