Quality Management System (QMS) is a system by which an organization aims to reduce and eventually eliminate non- conformance to specifications, standards and customer expectations in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Parents / Students are our strength and your suggestions and guidance will go a long way in the discharge of our commitments. Customer (Parents) satisfaction is the principal objective of the quality system and the level of satisfaction is an important measure of the effectiveness of the system. Customer satisfaction is measured by collecting and analyzing direct feedback from parents and students. Customer satisfaction data is used by the top management to identify opportunities and priorities for improvement. The information furnished by the parents will be treated with confidentiality and all their responses will be taken into account for improving the quality of our service.
