Following the summer vacation, M.E.S. Indian School reopened on Sunday, August 30, 2026, welcoming students back to the campus with renewed enthusiasm and anticipation for the new academic term.
The reopening marked a cheerful homecoming for students, as the school embarked on another session of learning, growth and new opportunities. At this juncture, the school management, the Principal and the staff extended a warm welcome to students, while acknowledging the continued support and partnership of parents in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Welcoming the students, Dr Hameeda Kadar, Principal of M.E.S. Indian School, said that the new academic year would focus on providing students with meaningful opportunities to develop their talents and realize their potential. The academic calendar will feature a diverse range of activities, including subject-enrichment programmes, inter-school competitions, cultural events and sports events, alongside regular academic pursuits, with an emphasis on holistic development.
As part of the preparations for the new academic session, tshe school also conducted a week-long teachers’ orientation programme equipping them with updated knowledge, innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance classroom practices and ensure the delivery of quality education.
