M.E.S. Indian School (Evening Shift), Doha celebrated Colours Day with great enthusiasm in the Kindergarten section, creating a vibrant and joyful learning experience for its young learners. The event aimed to help children recognize and appreciate colours through engaging and hands-on activities.
KG1 students participated in a delightful thumbprint activity, exploring creativity while enhancing their fine motor skills. KG2 students showcased their artistic abilities through collage making, using a variety of materials to create colourful compositions.
A special assembly conducted by KG2 added meaning to the celebration, highlighting the importance of colours in our daily lives. Adding to the excitement, both KG1 and KG2 students confidently expressed themselves during the Show and Tell activity, speaking about objects related to their assigned colours. The campus came alive as students arrived dressed in the colours assigned to their classes, spreading brightness, enthusiasm, and positivity all around.
The event was conducted under the continuous support and encouragement of Senior Vice Principal Mr. Shihabudeen Pulath and Headmistress Mrs. Sameena Ashfaq, whose guidance inspired both students and teachers.
