ADMISSIONS ARE OPEN FOR STUDENTS OF KG-01, M.E.S INDIAN SCHOOL (MAIN)
FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26

Students seeking admission for KG-01 shall complete an online registration as per the following steps.
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE APPLYING:
1. Existing Parents (Sibling category):
Existing Parents of MES INDIAN SCHOOL: Mandatory registration through parents’ login only (Parents portal) as per the following. Submission of new application is mandatory for all parents who wish to apply:
– Login with your existing Parent portal credentials.
– Home Page, click on Apply Now under Admission Open
2. New Applicants – Non-sibling applicants (No MES Indian School students currently enrolled)
Click on the below link for Sign up (for creating your account)
***Please note that if you do not receive your password in your registered email (gmail domain), kindly try signing up with a different email provider (e.g., Yahoo, Outlook, etc.).
a) https://e8.messchoolportal.org/SignUp.aspx?arg=MQ==
b) Enter your details, select “M.E.S INDIAN SCHOOL” and click on signup button.
c) Check your E-mail for the login details (Check in spam folder too).
Click on the below link for Login (If already created your account)
d) Login with your username and password on below link “https://e8.messchoolportal.org/Login.aspx”.
e) Fill in all the details
f) Attach the required documents (Copies of QID, Passport etc.)
g) Click on ‘Submit Button’. [FINAL STEP]
h) Keep the application number for future reference.
Track your ‘applications’:
• Log in with the same user name and password to track the application. The
“Pending” status indicates that we are in the process of reviewing it.
• Online applications that are incomplete will be rejected by the system.
• Please note that only one application should be submitted per student. It will be rejected if more than one application is submitted for the same student.
Note:
1. Only online applications will be accepted.
2. Shortlisted applications will be communicated via email/Phone/SMS. Walk-in queries for admission shall not be entertained.
3. Completed online application is mandatory to finalize the admission formalities and to pay the fee.
4. Cousins shall not be treated as “Siblings”.
5. Please do not apply for other classes besides the ones mentioned.
6. Mandatory to fill your Permanent Address field in the online application as Home country address with state.
The following documents (clear scanned copy) must be uploaded in the online application (below 1 MB in PDF format)
• QID (Student & Parents), Passport (Student & Parents)
• Health Card, Birth Certificate, Immunization Card (Students Only )
• NOTE: IN CASE OF ANY MISSING DOCUMENT, PLEASE UPLOAD AN UNDERTAKING STATING THE REASON AND THE DATE OF SUBMISSION. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO UPLOAD PHOTOS TAKEN FROM MOBILE.
