The Department of Private Schools and Kindergartens at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education awarded M.E.S Indian School with the “My White Flag – Certificate of Appreciation Level” award for maintaining an impeccable zero-violations academic record for the academic year 2023-2024.
In a congratulatory message, Dr. Rania Mohammed, Director of Private Schools and Kindergartens, complimented the school for winning the “My White Flag – Certificate of Appreciation Level” award and maintaining the zero-violations academic record besides wishing the school all success and excellence in future endeavors.
The key areas covered during field visits carried out by the inspectors of MOE include school academic plans and policies, school administration, commitment to three subjects (Qatar History, Arabic, and Islamic Studies), security, safety, and maintenance of school facilities, staff data management and approval, administrative data and documents, cleanliness and housekeeping, school/student behavior management, transport management, assistance to students with learning difficulties, school complaints handling procedures, code of ethics issued by the MoE & HE and educating parents, and staff and students about the same.
Dr. K P Najeeb, President officiating, M.E.S Governing Board expressed in his congratulatory message, ‘It is reckoned that such a great honor and huge recognition has become a reality primarily due to the collaborative efforts of the entire staff and active involvement of parents and relentless work of the school towards a common goal of achieving perfection in all the tasks assigned.’ Dr Hameeda Kadar, the school Principal thanked the school management for providing all necessary support and guidance in accomplishing this landmark achievement. ‘I am glad that our team has maintained the expected standards of MOE & HE, remarked the principal.
The award ceremony was conducted on Wednesday 25/09/2024 in which the meritorious award was received by Dr Najeeb K P, President (officiating), Mr. Hazmal Ismail, General Secretary, M.E.S Governing Board and the school Principal, Dr Hameeda Kadar at the headquarters, Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
