In a moment of immense pride and distinction for MES Indian School, its accomplished alumnae — Manal Mohammed Rafeeque, Rifana Basheer, and Muhsina Muneer — emerged as the proud recipients of the highly coveted ‘Distinguished Student’ Honour with Gold Medal at the 49th Graduation Ceremony of Qatar University, held under the gracious patronage of Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani.
The prestigious ceremony celebrated the remarkable accomplishments of graduates across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, while honouring students who demonstrated exceptional academic brilliance and exemplary scholastic excellence. Miss Manal Mohammed Rafeeque was conferred the esteemed “Distinguished Student” honour upon graduating in Chemical Engineering with High Honour from Qatar University. In recognition of her outstanding academic credentials and meritorious performance, she was awarded a Gold Medal along with a gold bracelet, symbolising academic distinction of the highest order.
Another illustrious alumna of MES Indian School, Miss Rifana Basheer, was likewise honoured with the Distinguished Student Award, accompanied by a Gold Medal and a gold bracelet, following her successful completion of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Business Analytics. Her remarkable academic accomplishments stand as a testimony to perseverance, dedication, and intellectual excellence. Adding further glory to the institution, MES alumna Muhsina Muneer received the prestigious ‘Distinguished Student’ recognition in the field of Bachelor of Science (BS) Mechatronics Engineering. Significantly, she has earned the rare distinction of being the first Indian student to graduate in this course. In recognition of her outstanding academic credentials and meritorious performance, she was awarded a Gold Medalinlong with a gold bracelet. These distinguished achievers belonged to the 2020–2021 batch of students at MES Indian School and have brought immense acclaim to their alma mater through their extraordinary accomplishments.
