M.E.S. Indian School has demonstrated its sporting excellence as the Junior Section Handball Team secured the Bronze Medal in the highly competitive Qatar School Olympic Program (SOP). The tournament, organized by the School Olympic Committee, witnessed the enthusiastic participation of nearly 45 schools and was conducted over an extended period from November 2025 to February 2026.
Displaying remarkable determination, coordination, and athletic prowess, the MES Junior Team delivered an outstanding performance throughout the league. The team emerged as Group Champions in the preliminary stages, showcasing dominance and consistency. Advancing into the final rounds, the young athletes ultimately earned a well-deserved place with a bronze medal finish. The success of the team stands as a testament to their disciplined training, unity, and unwavering commitment to excellence. The accomplishment was warmly appreciated by the Principal of MES Indian School, Dr Hameeda Kadar, who congratulated the young athletes for their dedication, teamwork, and outstanding sporting spirit.
