M.E.S. Indian School has distinguished itself on the sporting arena with a commendable performance at the recently held athletics SOP meet at Aspire. The athletes of MES Indian School demonstrated exceptional prowess, discipline, and an unwavering spirit of excellence, securing an impressive tally of two Gold and five Silver Medals to their credit.
In a remarkable exhibition of speed and athletic finesse, Athwif Abdullah of Class 12-G sprinted to glory, clinching the Gold Medal in the highly competitive 60m race. Equally commendable was the feat achieved by Ammar Muhammad of Class 7-E, who soared to victory in the long jump event, securing another Gold Medal for the school. Further adding to this distinguished achievement, Naswan Noufal of Class 7-B delivered a commendable performance to earn a Silver Medal in the long jump. The school’s 4x100m relay team, comprising Abdul Rahman (10-E), Muhammed Safdar (10-F), Jaik Punnan Ninan (10-E), and Aaron Daniel (10-I), exhibited exemplary coordination, resilience, and team spirit, securing a well-deserved Silver Medal.
