MES Indian School once again demonstrated its academic excellence by emerging as the overall champions in the highly competitive Oommen Chandy Memorial Inter-School Quiz Competition ‘Brain Battle’ organized by INCAS Qatar held at Ashoka Hall, Indian Cultural Centre recently. The event brought together some of the brightest young minds from leading Indian schools across Qatar, all competing in an intellectually stimulating environment that tested their knowledge, speed, and teamwork.
Representing MES Indian School, the team comprising Ahan Abijith ( Class VIII), Aariz Mansood Khan (Class VIII), Waseem Abdillatheef (Class X), Ameen Shareef (Class IX) showcased outstanding performance throughout the competition and secured First and Third Prize respectively and earning the Championship trophy and second Runner up for the school. Their quick thinking, in-depth subject knowledge, and strategic collaboration helped them secure top positions in various rounds covering science, technology, current affairs, sports, and general knowledge.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from several reputed schools in Qatar, fostering a spirit of learning and healthy competition among students. MES Indian School’s consistent performance across multiple rounds ultimately led them to claim the coveted championship title.
