The M.E.S Indian School, Evening Shift, successfully conducted its Student Council Election for the academic year 2025–26 on October 14, 2025, at the Junior Section Quadrangle. The event was a vibrant display of democratic spirit, with students from Grades 4 to 8 participating enthusiastically to elect their representatives.
Out of 530 students, 501 cast their votes, recording an impressive 94.5% voter turnout. The polling was carried out using Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) to ensure accuracy, transparency, and fairness throughout the process.
The election was conducted smoothly under the close supervision of teachers and designated election officers, ensuring that every step adhered to proper procedure. The results were declared on October 15, 2025, marking the successful culmination of a democratic exercise that empowered students to experience the values of leadership, responsibility, and active participation.
