To cultivate leadership and foster responsibility, the evening shift of M.E.S. Indian School organized the Investiture Ceremony 2025 with splendour at the conference hall of the school epitomizing the school’s resolute commitment to discipline and orderliness. The glittering ceremony was graced by the presence of the Principal, Dr. Hameeda Kadar, as the Chief Guest, alongside Senior Vice Principal, Mr. Shihabudeen Pulath.
The ceremonial distribution of badges and sashes marked the event’s zenith, as the newly elected student leaders donned the mantle of leadership and were all set to discharge responsibilities entrusted to them. The handing over of house flags symbolized the transition of responsibilities, filling the moment with profound significance and pride. The School Leader, Master Hami Rahman P.S, led the oath-taking ceremony with zeal pledging to uphold the school’s ideals, values and norms. The hoisting of the school flag by the principal further galvanized the spirit of leadership among the office bearers. In her keynote address, Dr. Hameeda Kadar congratulated the student leaders and highlighted the essence of leadership as a journey of perseverance, humility, and dedication. She underscored the power of resilience and vision in shaping exemplary leaders, emphasizing that leadership lies in the ability to inspire and uplift others. Senior Vice Principal, Mr. Shihabudeen Pulath, urged the young leaders to embrace their roles with earnestness and to serve as role models.
The ceremony also witnessed the presence of school officials, teachers and students. The event culminated with a vote of thanks delivered by the student editor, Miss. Niranjana, The proceedings were coordinated by Mrs. Sijila Das, Overall In-charge, with the support of Mrs. Shabreena Hyder and Mr. Jeevan P, members of the teaching fraternity.
