M.E.S JUNIOR SECTION CHERISHES BONDS ON GRANDPARENTS’ DAY CELEBRATION

The Junior Section of M.E.S Indian School celebrated Grandparents’ Day with a delightful and heartwarming program that brought together young students and their beloved grandparents.

The event began with a welcome speech by Fathima Faisal-III- E, who extended warm greetings to all grandparents, making them feel special and cherished. The students of the Junior Section performed a welcome dance, captivating the audience. The School Principal, Dr. Hameeda Kadar addressed the gathering and highlighted the invaluable role of grandparents in guiding and nurturing future generations.

Fun and excitement continued with a lucky draw competition, spreading smiles and anticipation among participants. The “Ramp and Roll: Generations on the Ramp” event was a special moment where grandparents, parents and students walked together, celebrating the bond between 3 generations. Interactive game like “Passing the Ball” added laughter and cheer, followed by “Grands on the Podium”, where participants were awarded prizes for their enthusiasm and involvement. Around 60 grandparents attended the event. Aaditya Prasanth-IV-F propose a vote of thanks.

The celebration was a joyful tribute to grandparents, strengthening family bonds and creating lasting memories for the junior students. The program was compered by the Head Boy, Master Jonah-IV-B and the Head Girl, Tara Kamal-IV-N Ms.Mohsina Ajumal, Ms. Limy Mol and Fency Pathrose coordinated the event
