M.E.S JUNIOR SECTION HONOURS ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AT PHL CEREMONY

Glorifying the academic excellence and consistent effort of young learners, the Junior Section of M.E.S Indian School recently organised the PHL Ceremony for the academic year 2025–26.

The event was honoured by the esteemed presence of distinguished dignitaries, including Dr. Najeeb K.P., General Secretary, and the M.E.S Governing Board Directors: Mr. Ashraf Sharafudheen P.T. and Mr. Shaheed Alungath. They jointly awarded the students, making the occasion prestigious and memorable. In her inspiring speech, Dr. Hameeda Kadar praised the students for their dedication, resilience, and pursuit of excellence, emphasising that sustained effort and discipline are key to true success.

A total of 795 students from Classes I to IV were recognised for their exemplary performance. Special recognition was given to grade toppers and eight students who achieved 100% attendance, highlighting their discipline and consistency.Among them, two academic toppers were specially honoured for their outstanding scholastic achievements, along with eight students who maintained perfect attendance throughout the academic year 2025–26.

The ceremony was joyful, featuring a video presentation showcasing major activities conducted during the academic year 2025-2026. The programme was hosted by Mrs. Meghna Pashine and Mrs. Shalima Shameer. The welcome addresses were delivered by Master Shahaan Mohammed and Master Jayden John Alexander on the first and second days, respectively. The vote of thanks was given by Miss Hawwa Amani on the first day and Miss Jannah Faisal on the second day. School officials, teachers, parents, and students participated, making the event even more special for the young achievers.The event was carefully coordinated by the in-charge teachers, Ms. Faheema Sherin C, Ms. Limy Mol Niyas, and Ms. Saranya E.
