M.E.S SCOUTS AND GUIDES LEADERS PARTICIPATE IN ANNUAL PLAN-MEETING

The first introductory meeting for Scouts and Guides Leaders for the academic year 2025–2026, organized by the Qatar Scouts and Guides Association (QSGA), was held to present the Annual Program Plan and provide essential guidelines for the upcoming year.

The session emphasized the importance of the Scout movement in Qatar in shaping responsible, active, and community-oriented citizens. During the meeting the Annual Program Plan was presented, which included a wide range of activities aimed at the holistic development of students. A major emphasis was placed on aligning the year’s activities with the “Transforming Our World 2030 Agenda” Mr. Kareem presented the “Safe from Harm” movement and explained the National Policy for Scouts Work Program, discussing the role of the National Committee for Protection from Harm, which focuses on preventing bullying, physical abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Mr. Ahmed Khamis B Al-Yousef (Scout Activities Consultant), Mrs. Muna Jumah Al Mansouri (First Scout Activities Expert) and Mrs. Paramjeet Kaur Bhullar (Coordinator for Expatriate Schools) presented the Ministry’s comprehensive activity calendar for the year, detailing upcoming programs and the registration process for new members.

The meeting concluded with an expression of appreciation and the presentation of certificates. The school was also awarded a certificate for its active participation in Qatar National Day celebrations. A team of teachers-in-charge represented the school were Mr. Rajesh K.S. (Overall Scouts and Guides In-charge), Mrs. Asha V. Nair (Guides Leader), and Mrs. Fency Pathrose (Cub Leader).
