The Teachers’ Fest Alma 2026 was successfully held on 31st March 2026 with great enthusiasm and active participation from all staff members. The event was organised under the inspiring theme “Refresh, Reconnect, and Rejoice,” to rejuvenate teachers, strengthen professional bonds, and celebrate their unwavering dedication. The programme commenced with a curtain raiser that presented a visually captivating tableau, thoughtfully conceptualized depicting the theme that resonated with the audience. This was followed by a welcome dance, which set a vibrant and positive tone for the occasion. Dr Hameeda Kadar, the school Principal in her keynote address urged the teachers to continually enhance their skills and endeavour for excellence in all domains of activities. Emphasis was placed on nurturing talents beyond the classroom, and the Principal expressed appreciation for the diverse abilities displayed by the teaching staff. The event featured a variety of engaging activities, including, cooking, photography and caption writing competitions, Treasure Hunt amidst several games and team- based challenges evoking enthusiastic response besides highlighting teachers’ creativity. These activities were thoughtfully designed to promote teamwork, creativity, and relaxation. A mehndi corner was set up, where skilled teachers crafting beautiful designs, and adding colour to the event.
The cooking competition was a highlight, with teachers preparing a range of sumptuous dishes that added a unique flavour to the celebration. Additionally, dedicated sessions such as “Relax and Recharge” and “Movie Time” gave teachers opportunities to unwind and enjoy leisure moments, enhancing the overall experience of the fest. To keep teachers engaged, the Department of Physical Education organised a variety of interesting fun- filled sports activities at a dedicated Game Zone.
The programme culminated with a prize distribution ceremony, where the winners of the competitions and games were honoured by the Principal in recognition of their enthusiastic participation and commendable performances. Teachers’ Fest Alma 2026 proved to be a refreshing and memorable event that truly embodied its theme.
Teachers and key school officials attended the event, offering support and contribution to its success through active participation and gracious presence. Mrs Sijila Das and Mr Grenville, members of teaching faculty compered the programme. The entire event was meticulously coordinated by the members of the school’s Cultural Committee, Physical Education and Fine Arts Departments under the supervision of the Section Coordinators: Mr Anver K, Ms Sumitha Nassar, Ms Uma Devi, and Ms Sahana Anish, whose collective efforts ensured the smooth and successful execution of the programme.
