M.E.S Indian School enthusiastically celebrated World Athletic Day on May 7, 2024. The event, showcased the importance of sports in promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, while also fostering a spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship among the participants.
The Department of Physical Education conducted various fun-filled events including handball & relay competitions for students emphasizing the importance of sports and physical fitness. The KG section presented an awareness video to instil a sense of sportsmanship and fitness among the young learners. The school Principal, Dr Hameeda Kadar while felicitating the winners highlighted the significance of sports in promoting teamwork, character building, perseverance and overall well-being.
