WORLD HERITAGE DAY OBSERVED AT M.E.S

MES Indian School celebrated World Heritage Day on 21 April 2025 with a vibrant and meaningful observance titled ‘Ethnic Costume Day’, showcasing the diversity and richness of cultural heritage. Students participated with enthusiasm, wearing traditional Qatari and Indian ethnic attire, which highlighted the beauty of both traditions and reinforced the importance of cultural pride.

The event served as an opportunity for students to connect with their cultural roots, appreciate the significance of preserving heritage, and build a sense of mutual understanding and appreciation among peers from different backgrounds.

Addressing the students, Dr. Hameeda Kadar, the school Principal, shared her thoughts, saying, ‘At MES, as a part of instilling holistic development, we encourage our students to have a broader perception and appreciation for diversity and shared heritage. The school remains dedicated to promoting an environment where cultural awareness, inclusivity, and academic excellence go hand in hand.
